CLM Fireproofing was instructed by Barratt David Wilson Homes to carry out firestopping systems and smoke seals to provide up to 60 minutes of protection using Quelfire and Protecta products.
All works were recorded via our electronic system “BORIS” including photographs, works undertaken, time and date and fully certificated via our third-party accreditation FIRAS.
Additional services included:
- Front Door Services – Sealing of service penetration from the communal areas into the flats (above apartment entry door)
- Protected Lobby – Sealing of service penetrations (cables / pipes) within the protected lobbies
- Risers – Sealing of service penetrations within the risers (floors as well as services entering the communal corridors)
- Stairwells – Sealing of service penetrations within the stair cores
- Soil Vent Pipes – SVP Penetrations within concrete floor slabs
- Dry Risers – Sealing of dry riser floor slabs (between ground, first and second floors)
