Specialist Remediation and Repairs

This has culminated in CLM Fireproofing launching a specialist remedial division to bring social accommodation up to fully-compliant fire protection standards.
A substantial part of our remediation services is identifying the absence of adequate compartmentation. Compartmentation is crucial for preventing the passage of flames and smoke throughout a building. Building owners are increasingly requesting comprehensive FRA reports, which we use in conjunction with our expertise to identify and repair any compartment breaches. All breaches and findings are then recorded on BORIS, our compliance management technology platform.
