“Thank you”

"Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the recent hard-work that is certainly being shown in the amount of works and action closures we are displaying each day/week/month. This month CLM (Fire-Stopping) had the highest number of FRA actions to clear compared with any other team/contractor on Riskhub and at this point you have closed the most actions for this month and also have the lowest amount of remaining actions. It is a pleasure to work alongside you all and long may this continue into each month.”

Technical SurveyorHyde Group

“Incredible project”

To honour my promise to pass on the Secretary of State for Health thanks to each and everyone of the construction teams that has been responsible in building this state-of-the-art laboratory that is not only to support the fight against COVID 19 it will be a legacy for the future for many other medical advances and means that the UK will be better prepared for another pandemic in the future.
Thank you for all your support on the incredible project that is truly something to be very proud of and please can you ensure that you share this to your whole team involved in delivering this project.”

Project DirectorBalfour Beatty

“CLMs performance throughout the project has been excellent”

“At One Crown Place, CLM were involved from the beginning at design stage and helped develop a comprehensive project strategy for passive fire protection. Initially, this involved the application of intumescent paint to the nine-storey steel frame podium, including a high-quality decorative paint finish to residential areas. Subsequently, CLM have now installed all fire stopping works on the project, ranging from service penetration in walls and slab to cavity barriers around the perimeter of the floor plate.
CLMs performance throughout the project has been excellent, providing practical design expertise coupled with a proactive attitude on site to ensure works are completed to a high quality whilst never compromising on health and safety standards.”

Project ManagerMace

"Thoroughly professional, clean, courteous"

“Contractors are by design normally disruptive, but congratulations are deserved to the team who've been working here during the last few weeks.
They have been thoroughly professional, clean, courteous, & a pleasure to have on site. Please pass on my personal appreciation!”

Resident

"I would like to extend my gratitude"

“I would like to extend my gratitude to the CLM team for all the work on the Façade firestopping.
The team have been very adaptable to the needs of the site at all times.
So I would like to say thank you to the team.”

Senior Construction Manager

"It is truly a pleasure to work with such a great contractor"

“Following a robust and competitive process, the Hyde four-year framework was awarded in February 2019 with CLM being awarded the Number 1 contractor on Lot 6.
CLM provide a range of services to the Hyde portfolio including; remedial compartmentation firestopping and surveys as well as technical support and guidance and CPD sessions.
It is truly a pleasure to work with such a great contractor and I very much look forward to continuing the relationship and making a bigger, positive impact with CLM. I receive only positive feedback from all stakeholders and residents that are exposed to CLM Fireproofing and would refer them to any company looking for a reliable and professional contractor that never compromises on quality and compliance.“

Delivery ManagerSafer Homes

"CLM have demonstrated a professional service with competent operatives"

“CLM have been working alongside my team over the last 36 months providing fireproofing services as part of our fire, security and networking sectors of our business. Projects range from one stop remedials providing follow up works after major cabling projects to phased projects providing continued support to ensure the integrity of fire compartments over long periods of time.
CLM have demonstrated a professional service with competent operatives providing a flexible but structured service often in difficult surroundings particularly within our NHS and Mental Health contracts.
CLM have shown a sound knowledge and understanding of working procedures required when dealing with Acute medical and mental health environments and deliver this with essential documentation both prior to, during and after completion of their works which has proven to be essential in today’s expectation of faultless Health and Safety and proof of compliance."
