CLM have conducted both firestopping and fire door removal and installation throughout the 11 floors of the Brutalist building.
Fire Doors
CLM were instructed by our client, Store Holdings Group, to carry out a pilot door scheme installing double communal stairwell 60 minute rated fire doors. The scope required dark mahogany veneered doors with bespoke oval vision panels with antique brass finished ironmongery.
The project team have been instructed on the next 2 phases of the project with bespoke fire doors currently in production.
