As one of Mace’s largest London interior refurbishment projects in the last decade, it was instrumental that they sourced a competent fire protection contractor to undertake the works.

CLM provided cementitious coating – Applying Monokote MK6-HY to steels with a meter spray, carried out patch repairs using PROMAT CP2 to damaged beams and installation of cavity barriers and basement compound protection to the slab.

Facing the complex task of integrating new installations within the pre-existing construction framework, CLM Fireproofing navigated these challenges through a collaborative approach. The pre-construction, technology, and delivery teams contributed extensively to product selection, ensuring the guidance provided to the client was not only comprehensive but also compliant with current standards.
