Compartmentation Firestopping
Compartmentation systems are integral to maintaining fire resistance across joints, voids and structural boundaries. Our team enhances building compartmentation by installing cavity barriers, linear joint seals and fire-rated mortars at roof voids, wall heads, slab edges and perimeter interfaces.
Project Management & Technical Support
Firestopping delivery is supported through coordinated project management and technical input. Cementitious coatings, cavity barriers and firestopping for a 292,000 sq ft Grade A redevelopment at 133 Fleet Street. CLM delivered Monokote MK6-HY application, PROMAT repairs and compartmentation works with integrated pre-construction and product selection support.
HealthcareOak Cancer Centre
Firestopping, cavity barriers and Promat structural protection for a new healthcare and research facility in Sutton. CLM installed certified systems from FSi, Protecta, Firefly and Promat to deliver full passive fire protection across clinical, research and outpatient areas.
